No warranties, express or implied, are made regarding fitness for a particular purpose, load-bearing capacity, or durability under any specific conditions of use. Load-Bearing Items
Certain products, including the Step Stool and Workshop Shelf, are designed to support weight in normal household use. No specific weight or load rating is guaranteed or implied. These products should be used with reasonable care and inspected regularly for signs of wear or damage. Lifestyle Wood accepts no liability for injury or damage resulting from use beyond the product's intended purpose or from failure to maintain the product properly.
Natural Materials
All pieces are made from solid hardwood. Wood is a natural material and will vary in grain pattern, color, and texture from piece to piece. Minor variation is not a defect. Finished surfaces may darken, lighten, or change in character over time with use and exposure. This is expected behavior for natural wood products.
Finish and Water Resistance
Some products are finished with water-resistant oils or coatings. Water-resistant does not mean waterproof. Prolonged exposure to standing water, submersion, or high humidity may damage the finish or the wood itself. Follow any care instructions provided with your order. Lifestyle Wood accepts no liability for damage resulting from improper care or exposure.
Installation
Wall-mounted products such as the Workshop Shelf include mounting hardware and are designed for installation into wall studs or with appropriate anchors. The buyer is responsible for proper installation. Lifestyle Wood accepts no liability for damage to property or injury resulting from improper installation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lifestyle Wood's liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of a product is limited to the purchase price paid for that product. Lifestyle Wood is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
