How It Works
You can order most pieces online, or reach out to Mike directly. Either way, every order goes through him personally. Here's what to expect.
Browse the collection
Look through the available pieces. Each product page shows materials and finish options. If you have questions about a specific piece, reach out for more details.
Order online or reach out
Each product page has a Buy This One button that opens a secure Square checkout. Choose your wood on the product page, then enter your stain in the stain field at checkout. At checkout you can choose free pickup in Lodi, delivery by Mike within 25 miles of Lodi for $5, or shipping to a California address. If you're outside California, want something custom, or have questions first, contact Mike by email. Let him know which piece you're interested in and which finish you'd like. He'll confirm availability and give you a realistic timeline. Generally, your item will be available within one to two weeks.
Mike confirms availability
Mike builds in small batches. Some pieces may be ready to ship, others may need a few weeks. Whether you order online or by email, he'll let you know the timing. If something isn't available, he can let you know when it will be.
Payment up front
Online orders are paid at checkout. For orders arranged by email, payment is due before the order ships or is handed over, and Mike will send payment details when your order is confirmed.
Pickup, delivery, or shipping
For pickup, Mike emails you the address when your piece is ready. For local delivery, he'll get in touch to arrange it. If you're more than 25 miles from Lodi, he'll contact you to switch to pickup or shipping, or refund your order. Shipped pieces are packed carefully and sent with tracking to California addresses, at a rate shown at checkout. Mike will send you the tracking number when it goes out.
